The FC Barcelona Works Council sent a two-page statement this Friday to the 309 employees affected by the ERTE, that began on April 14, in which they regretted the way in which the employment regulation file had been executed, since according to what the Committee pointed out, “We have received in recent days numerous complaints regarding the percentage of involvement established by the company as well as regarding the hours of the working day.”The Committee undertakes to deal in depth with each of the cases at the meeting that it will have on Monday, April 20 with the Human Resources department within the framework of the ERTE follow-up. In fact, the Committee marks between 9 and 14 hours as the time to make calls and videoconferences.By last, the Committee pays special attention to the audit being carried out by PWC on the social media accounts commissioned by the club to the company i3 Ventures. “When this audit is over, it will be very important for the club Compliance Officer to explain and document some information that affects employees, processes and even articles that affect the collective agreement,” explains the statement.
