Widespread Panic left few out during their seriously rocking performance at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hall in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The setlist was sprinkled with references, starting with WSP classic “Can’t Get High” during the first set, and a scorching ninety-one minute second set, featuring a “High Time We Went” tease during John Bell’s “Arleen” rap, and a jammy sandwich with Traffic‘s “Low Spark of High Heeled Boys” > “Fishwater” > “Low Spark of High Heeled Boys” > “Climb To Safety” extended jam closer. The encore ripped through Van Morrison‘s “And It Stoned Me” into “Postcard” for a solid ten minutes. Here’s a clip of “Low Spark of High Heeled Boys,” courtesy of fan Courtney Kiser:Widespread Panic @ Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hall in Chattanooga, Tennessee 4/20/16 Setlist:Set One: The Take Out, Junior, Porch Song, Visiting Day, Can’t Get High, Pickin’ Up The Pieces, 1×1, Tickle The Truth, Pleas > Love Tractor (57 mins)Set Two: Walkin’ (For Your Love), Red Hot Mama > Cease Fire > Vacation, Diner > Sleeping Man > Arleen > Low Spark of High Heeled Boys > Fishwater > Low Spark of High Heeled Boys > Climb To Safety (91 mins)Encore: And It Stoned Me, Postcard (10 mins)[Setlist via PanicStream]last_img
